We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. If a rare circumstance arises that will delay your order, we will reach out to you by email.

All of our gaming-inspired candles are shipped through the USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location. After your order has been processed, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive an email from us.

Please note that during the warm summer months, we try not to ship packages on Fridays to protect your candle from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend which could compromise its integrity. If you place an order late in the week, expect your package to ship first thing Monday morning. (This only applies to summer months.)


At Game Scents, we work really hard to make products for you to enjoy. If you are having trouble with your item, please reach out to us. 

We understand purchasing candles online has its challenges. Please consider gifting your candle if the scent is not right for you. We will accept returns of any unused, unlit, and undamaged goods within 10 days of purchase. However, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us before we issue a refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

Please contact us within 10 days of your purchase by visiting our contact page to start the return process.

We will gladly replace any product that arrives broken. Contact us with your order information and pictures of your broken candle so that we can file a claim. We’ll send a new one out to you as soon as possible.

What happens if my package says delivered but I don’t see it?
Unfortunately, once a shipment leaves our studio, we have no control over the delivery process. If your tracking number shows that your package was either lost or delivered but you don’t see it, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. 

Please note, that we are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly during the checkout process.
